Built for dental practices. Only dental practices.
We work with one kind of client: Australian dental practices. Not medical, not allied health, not veterinary. The AHPRA advertising guidelines, treatment-level search behaviour and Google Maps dynamics of the dental sector are all we work on.

Who we work with

Dental practices that want more of the right patients from search. General practices, specialist practices and multi-location groups. We do not work with dental suppliers, dental laboratories, dental education providers or other health professions. Dental practices only.
Who you will be dealing with

Founder, Dental SEO Services
I'm Lachlan, and I started Dental SEO Services because dental search rewards specialists. Treatment intent, suburb-level competition and AHPRA's advertising guidelines are a discipline of their own, and a generalist agency treats them as an afterthought.
I've worked in digital marketing for four years. Before this I ran paid search for a seven-figure ecommerce brand: 400 to 500 campaigns and around $500,000 in ad spend. That is where I learned to judge marketing by enquiries and cost per client, not by traffic.
I have also built and shipped more than 20 web products end to end, so the technical side of search, from site structure to tracking, is familiar ground.
When you request an audit, it is written by a person who has looked at your website, your Google Business Profile and the practices you compete with. You keep it whether or not we work together.
- 4 years in digital marketing
- Google Partner and Meta Business Partner
- 400 to 500 paid search campaigns managed
- 20+ web products shipped end to end
How we work

- No lock-in
Month to month. You can end the arrangement at any time, and you keep every account, domain, website and piece of content we produce.
- You own everything
Google Business Profile, Google Ads, your website, Analytics. Everything sits in the practice's own name from day one. We are never the account holder.
- Written in plain English
A weekly progress note and a plain-English monthly report of enquiries by treatment and source. Nothing that requires a marketing background to interpret.
- One business day
Every enquiry to us and every message from your practice is answered within one business day. In writing.
- Google Partner and Meta Business Partner
We hold both partnerships, which gives access to account-level support and early access to beta features on Google Ads.
What working with us looks like
Everything starts with the free written audit. From there the work runs in the same order for every practice.
- Before anything is signed
The free written audit
We review your website, Google Business Profile, rankings and competitors for the treatments you care about, and send you a written report. You keep it either way.
- Agreed in writing
Treatments and postcode
We agree which treatments and suburbs matter most, confirm your postcode exclusivity, and set a fixed monthly scope. Month to month, with no lock-in.
- First month
Access and foundations
Accounts are set up in the practice's own name, or we are given access to the ones you already have. Technical fixes and your Google Business Profile come first, because everything else builds on them.
- Ongoing
Pages, profile and campaigns
Treatment pages, suburb pages, profile work and campaigns. Every piece is checked against AHPRA's advertising guidelines and approved by the practice before it goes live.
- Every week and month
Reporting you can read
A short progress note each week, and a plain-English monthly report of enquiries by treatment and source, with what we are doing next.
One practice per postcode

Once we accept a practice, we do not take on another dental practice in its postcode while we work together. The postcode is confirmed during the audit, and the arrangement holds for the life of the engagement.
What we will not do

- Accept a second dental practice in the same postcode as an existing client.
- Publish testimonials, patient reviews, before-and-after cases or any other material that AHPRA's advertising guidelines prohibit or that the practice has not reviewed and approved.
- Use the word "specialist" or any specialist title for a practitioner who does not hold specialist registration with the Dental Board of Australia.
- Hold any account on the practice's behalf. Not the domain, not Google Ads, not the Google Business Profile.
- Claim that a treatment produces a particular outcome, or use language that creates an unrealistic expectation of beneficial treatment.
AHPRA's advertising guidelines

The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and AHPRA's advertising guidelines apply to a practice's website, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and any other marketing channel. In general: advertising must not be false, misleading or deceptive; it must not create an unrealistic expectation of beneficial treatment; it must not encourage unnecessary treatment; and any offer must state its terms. Specialist titles are protected and may only be used by practitioners with specialist registration. Every page, ad and profile entry we write is reviewed against these requirements and approved by the practice before it goes live. We are marketers, not health law specialists. We point practices to their own advisers on compliance questions and to AHPRA directly for regulatory guidance.
